About teacher training

Our very popular yoga teacher trainings are all recognized by Yoga Alliance. Yoga Alliance is an international organization setting basic standards for Yoga teacher trainings and monitoring teachers continued education. From this link you can check if your teacher is sertified

All graduates of our training program may register with Yoga Alliance, registration is often a basis for recruiting yoga teachers abroad, and also required for many continued education programs. You are also welcome to participate in any of our teacher trainings just for your own interest, to deepen your knowledge of yoga. All courses are filled on a first come first served basis, you need to fill out our application, or write the same information in an e-mail to attend any courses.

All our trainers are registerder RYT:s or E-RYT:s. We already have over 6 years experience in yoga teacher trainings. Our locations are at the moment Helsinki, Espoo and Tampere, but we are delighted to come to other locations too.

To be qualified to register as a RYT200 with Yoga Alliance you need to complete a minimum of 200 credited hours in the range of a maximum of 2 years. You are free to choose location and courses as best suites you. At least one of your chosen blocks need to contain anatomy training and at least one block needs to be philosophy, we also suggest you choose a block with assisting and variations.

We are also experienced in training health care practisioners or other instructors in shorter introductions to teaching yoga or pilates. Any course can be customized to your needs.

We frequently import known international teachers to give workshops or seminars in Finland, look up our schedules under “workshops”.
